Edward Cruz is a Senior Search Analyst at JGA Partners. In this role, Ed conducts industry and candidate research as well as in depth market mapping. Ed brings over 10 years worth of experience in the field of HR and talent acquisitions having worked with large cap organizations, as well as newly formed boutique firms.

Prior to JGA Partners, Ed lead internal talent acquisitions for a USA based, PE funded recruitment and research firm dedicated to the support of the executive search industry. Earlier, Ed spearheaded the recruitment of highly specialized technology professionals across the USA for a venture backed, disruptive e-fashion retailer as well as major companies that are highly involved in the Aerospace and Defense Industries.

During his time off, Edward is a full time father to two boys and enjoys basketball and boxing.
