    James G. Abruzzo Partner

James G. Abruzzo is a career international executive recruitment and talent acquisition professional with expertise across all aspects of the executive search industry and talent function.

For over 15 years, James has been on the forefront of strategic executive search; first with one of the world’s top retained executive search firms, and later building JGA Partners. He has been essential in tremendous growth of search firms around the world. In such, he has built offices, practice groups and has identified, attracted, on-boarded and trained hundreds of executive search professionals across all roles, and functions.

James built JGA Partners, LLC. in 2015 to bring professional retained search and services to highly respected, top tier retained search firms that are serious about their own internal growth.

James has worked with executive search and recruitment professionals from each of the world’s top 10 executive search firms, regional recruitment professionals, independent entrepreneurs and franchise owners.

James is based in New York.

Hana Gregus is a result-oriented professional with over 15+ years of international business development & executive search experience in Europe, Middle East, and US markets. As an experienced people manager, she has trained and developed highly successful sales teams with focus on creation and implementation of

strategic acquisition and marketing activities to drive international business expansions in various industries.

Her professional experience stems from various managerial sales & marketing roles with international companies such as Iron Mountain, Havas Worldwide, Sodexo and Pedersen & Partners.

In her last role as an executive search Consultant with Pedersen & Partners, a global retained executive search firm with over 30 offices worldwide, she delivered on retained searches for senior executives across all industries and various geographies.

Hana graduated with Master degree in General Management from City University of Seattle, WA. Hana is also a professional jazz singer who is based and performs regularly in New York City.

  • Daniel Sexton
    Daniel Sexton Managing Director

Daniel L Sexton Sr is a supply chain executive with international experience across North American and Asia Pacific working directly with Original Equipment Makers (OEM’s), top tier Contract Manufacturers (CM’s) and the global supply base.

Prior to supply chain executive search, Dan spent 20 years in operations leading manufacturing and supply chain teams in the USA and Asia Pacific with Cisco Systems, the world’s top ranked supply chain company. There, he worked across multiple countries to deliver billions of dollars worth of materials and technology and across the globe. His role also encompassed the building and retention of multi-geography supply chain teams.

Dan then ran a successful consumer goods supply chain consultancy where he worked with the likes of Foxconn, Cisco, Huawei, and other tier 1 global organizations.

Earlier in his career, Dan spent 18 years focusing on logistics and tech with leadership roles in the US Navy and Lucas Aerospace.

Dan holds residences and dual citizenship in the USA (Cleveland) and Hong Kong.

    Ed Cruz Senior Search Analyst

Edward Cruz is a Senior Search Analyst at JGA Partners. In this role, Ed conducts industry and candidate research as well as in depth market mapping. Ed brings over 10 years’ worth of experience in the field of HR and talent acquisitions having worked with large cap organizations, as well as newly formed boutique firms.

Prior to JGA Partners, Ed lead internal talent acquisitions for a USA based, PE funded recruitment and research firm dedicated to the support of the executive search industry. Earlier, Ed spearheaded the recruitment of highly specialized technology professionals across the USA for a venture backed, disruptive e-fashion retailer as well as major companies that are highly involved in the Aerospace and Defense Industries.

During his time off, Edward is a full time father to two boys and enjoys basketball and boxing.
